A web-based application capable of predicting and analysing an employee’s flight risk level based on individual wellbeing, personality traits, opinions in alignment with the core values of the organisation. This would enable the Human Resource Department to derive greater insights to facilitate data driven measures to lower employee turnover rate.

For client and employee confidentiality reasons, certain information pertaining to the model output and results cannot be disclosed. Data collected and used in the model are also anonymized for personal data protection reasons.
