background

Ninja Logistics Pte Ltd (“Ninja Van”) is a last-mile express logistics solutions provider which serves 6 markets in Southeast Asia.

Due to the company’s large operational scale, the transparent and timely management of petty cash funds (funds used for small purchases arising in the course of business) remains a challenge.

Five of Ninja Van’s country teams currently manage petty cash funds, with each team maintaining their own standard operating procedure.

The resulting process differences hamper the monitoring of petty cash fund usage across countries. Additionally, existing processes are highly inefficient, and involve significant manual labour.
